Suggest Remedy For Skin Ailments

I am having trouble with dryness and itchy flakey red patches on my face. Just found out the skin care products I have been using have squalane, and sea fish ingrediant. I have a fish allergy. I am so leary of using anything. Do you know of skin care products that do not contain any fish ingrediant?
