Suggest Remedy For Skin Ailments

Hi doctor .my skin type is dry. i have facing pimple problem a long time ago . but last 3 year i have a clear skin. after that i m facing apits on my right chick, wher i face pimple problem.but in this mont suddenly my right chic which will not have any pimple it contain a lots of pits .my year is 28 year old.and im thiorid problem plz help me.
