Suggest Remedy For Skin Blotches

Hi i am 15, female, and i have been using the acne cream epiduo for a while now and i have recently been in tanning beds . I would apply my acne cream a while after i would tan but recently i have been getting blotches on my skin, i have stopped tanning but they are getting worse from the natural sunlight. Is there anyway i could cure this at home or would i have to go to a dermitologist for special treat meant
