Suggest Remedy For Skin Bruises On Inner Thigh

i have skin bruising on both my upper inner thighs where my scrotum rests. It is not painful, lumpy, just looks annoying. Is this just from tight clothes? I have been trying to make sure that I am ocmpletely dry after showering and bathing tyhinking this might help. Has been there about a month or so
