Suggest Remedy For Skin Burn Problem

hello doctor,i have an important query which is a emergeny case.I have my patient who is a 70% burn case who is taking treatment in silliguri, west bengal,india.Doctor in silliguri are saying that the case os Ok and she will be stable. But we consulted some of the doctors in delhi her her further treatment and they are saying that her chances of survival is very less, so may be if the patient will come and they will not be able to treat the patient.Please help
