Suggest Remedy For Skin Growth On Labia

Good morning, my 18 y/o daughter has excess skin growth on one side of her inner labia. It is the size of a 5 cent coin in triangle form and hangs out of the outer labia. Is there a special surgeon I should contact or a gynaecologist? I m trying to avoid double consultation charges as the family had extremely large medical bill this year and out private health fund has reached limit already. I appreciate your advise, many thanks.
