Suggest Remedy For Skin Pigmentation

Hi i have been to a dermatogist several times and am not happy with the results. Ive been told i have deep pigmentation so it will take longer. I hav used prescribed creams mixed with hydroquinon fr a few months. There is a difference but want my skin back to normal. What else can i do or is it irreversable? I am nw told to do fruit peels.pls help
