Suggest Remedy For Skin Problem In Back

I have white pock looking things on my back and they itch when I'M in the sun or when I take a hot bath or shower, and if I sweat they start to burn. At night when I sleep, they burn and itch and at times doing nothing they start to burn and itch as well
