Suggest Remedy For Skin Problem In Pelvic Area

Hi, I'm nervous to ask somebody, but I shaved my pubic hair about 2 days ago. Ever since then, my pelvic area has had a slight burn, with angry red spots where I shaved. Some of these spots develop a white crown to resemble a pimple. Do you know what I'm dealing with here?
