Suggest Remedy For Skin Problem On Face

Hi I had this acne like bump that stayed in my face for a month, and then I touched it. it bled a little, and then a circular rush started developing around the area that had bled. Now it is a circular rush with bumps around it that is growing. Can you please help? It is very itchy too!
