Hi, I am 34 female. I have the yellow spots on my lip.In above my lip is stinging always and sometime itching . I feel like burning in around and above my lip.I have used a lot of Lip Balm but they didn't help me.Also I have some wrinkle and stretch in my up lip and above my lip.Regards,
