Suggest Remedy For Skin Problem

hi i took my daughter to a walk in dr's clinic yesterday as she has a lot of chicken pox like spots on both of her legs but nowhere else,the dr diagnosed molloscum contagioso but gave me no treatment and told me to make an appointment with my gp after easter should i have got some treatment for her there and then?
