Suggest Remedy For Skin Problem

Hi, I had my mole cauterized without stitching 3 days ago. The doctor said the mole is deep and there's no assurance the root will be killed. The doctor gave me a sort of alcohol compress and antibiotic cream which I kept applying. Today it just fall off but and still can see light dark skin in the mole area. Would it be still part of the mole which can trigger it to grow back in soon or is it normal and will heal soon and become a normal skin?
