Suggest Remedy For Skin Problems In Infants

Hi I have a 18 month old daughter and recently I've noticed she had broke out in littile fine (sometimes red) bumps.she scrathes them and sometimes they go away but not go away all the way.and she's had this skin problem for 2 in a half weeks now.
