Suggest Remedy For Skin Rashes

hi im wondering if you can help me ... ive noticed little bits of loose skin apearing close together around my anal centre when i pick it, it bleeds and i have noticed that its slowly growing and growing all i can discribe it.. as is a rash type thing its like loads of loose skin bits next to each other have u got any idea's if theres anyway i can send you a picture i can show you aswell?
