Suggest Remedy For Skin Redness With Dry Skin

I have some type of dermatitis on my pelvic bone. its only about the size of a half dollar. I need it to clear up or even just be masked before I go back to MEPS for my second physical so I can enter the military. I'm 20 years old, 5'11", Caucasian & male. Is there anyway to get rid of the slight redness and the small amount of dry skin?
