Suggest Remedy For Slight Swelling Under Left Eye

Hi, I have a slight swelling under myleft eye near to the side of the nose. For the last few weeks when I wake I have pressure pain in and around the upper nose area. I do use cocaine every now and then. What can I do to get rid of this problem? I have stopped using the substance for a week now but I seem to still having this slight swelling
