Suggest Remedy For Small Bluish Bump On Right Big Toe

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...Good evening, I seem to have a small blueish bump on my right big toe just where the joint is. It moves if I touch it but is painful, the size of a pea. I do have trouble bending that toe also. Do I need to have the bump removed?
