Suggest Remedy For Small Bump In Bikini Area

Hi, I noticed a small bump on the side of my bikini area (its about size of a pea). It hurts a little and does not look like a pimple. There is no redness around the area, it feels like a small lump. It's on the left side and that area looks a bit swollen compared to the right side. What do you think it is?
