Suggest Remedy For Small Bumps Appearing In The Pubic Area

I have this small bump that appears in one place and when it disappears in one place it appears in another place like my pubic area and on top of my lip.. It's a little lighter than my skin tone and it's not too small or too big. I am freaking out.. what are they?
