Suggest Remedy For Small Dark Colored Dots On Skin

Teeny tiny black/brown speck/ dot on skin. Picked it off with one layer of skin. There are quite a.few now that I m obsessing. No itch no pain. I thought they were tiny freckles. I have been swimming in the Gulf of Mexico FL and getting a lot of sun!
