Suggest Remedy For Small Flat White Spots On Lips

i have several small flat white spots on both upper and lower lips.they seem to be symmetrical in shape. noticed them for the first time this week, though possibly they have been there longer.last dental checkup was in fall 2010 and dentist didn't mention seeing them. they are painless and about the size of pinheads.�
