Suggest Remedy For Small Red Dots Appearing On The Body

I have small red dots over my some of my body, but not all. They've been there for awhile now. You have to look for them, they are not very noticeable. not itchy at all. Although, I do have minor eczema, I use a cream script for that. what's your opinion?
