Suggest Remedy For Small Red Indentions In Groin

Hi I'm a 20 year old male. A few months ago I noticed some small red indentation in my groin, between my thigh and testicles. I thought it was "squeezing"-marks from my pants after sitting in the couch, so I didn't really care to much about it. After taking a shower I noticed them again today, and this time some of them where bigger, and there where also some new ones. They look like small red rectangles approx. 3x4mm big. They do nut hurt, itch, burn or anything else. When I drag my finger over them they feel indented. They kinda have a scar-color to them. Any idea what this could be?
