Suggest Remedy For Small Red Mark On Top Of Thigh

hi i have a mark on my leg that went away recently but has now returned the same, it looks like a small red dot in centre of a round brooze, total size is slightly smaller than a 5p, im 27 female, its on top of thigh just under hip.is it nehting to bother about?
