Suggest Remedy For Small White And Hard Pustules Around Eyes

I keep getting these small white hard pustules around my eyes. They start way under the skin but over weeks they seem to come closer to the surface and when they do come out they are just a hard white thing that is about the size of a pin head. How can I get rid of them and not get anymore?
