Suggest Remedy For Small Whitish Lump Under Foreskin

Hi i have recently noticed a small whitish lump under my foreskin, it does not hurt but feels weird after touching it or feeling that area i am a 4 year old virgin so it is not a std, it scares me and stresses me out thinking it could be something bad, i wash under my foreskin everyday but my foreskin does not fully retract i have improved the flexibility of it in the past few days but still needs work please help
