Suggest Remedy For Smelly Armpits

Hi Doctor. How to get rid of smelly armpits? I used to have this problem when I was 12 until about 14. And then it stopped. I had a crystal brown color soap that my aunt gave to me. It worked perfectly. It was gone until I started working. I was 23. The smell came back and the soap is no where to be found. Not even in local pharmacies. They have other kinds of crystal soaps that does not work for me. Please help.
