Suggest Remedy For Sore And Hard Breast After Stopping Breast Feeding

hi, i stoped breastfeeding 10 days ago i my breast are quite sore and hard. how long will it be before this gets better? i have only taken hot showers and try to express a bit there. my breasts have lumps and i@m wory about geting mastitis... how long will this go on and shall i see a doctor?
