Suggest Remedy For Sore And Swollen Testicles Due To Use Of Meth

Is there anything I can do about sore and swollen testicles due to meth use. I haven t used in over two months and it s never been habitual. I smoked some today , maybe .1 g and was fine until about a half hour ago. Please tell me something works. Obviously not using, but my use is so sporadic and when I do use it is minute Why does my shit hurt so badly?
