Suggest Remedy For Sore Breasts

Hi, over the last couple of days i've had really sore breasts, particularily my nipples. I'm not due on until the 26/27th and I've never experienced this tenderness until i've started my period. I've also noticed the tip of one of my nipples is red, which i've never seen before. Should I be concerned or is this normal?
