Suggest Remedy For Sore Bump Near Anus

This is a bit embarassing but, I have this bump between my butthole and nads. I noticed it a couple of days ago during a 2 week backpacking trip (with no showering). It was just a little sore when I messed with it or something and I just thought it was a zit or ingrown hair or something. I can't see it so I think it could possibly be an infected mole and I'm worried. I accidentally cut it a bit and it was bleeding quite a bit and the blood seemed a little thin but I didn't really see any puss come out. I used some hydrogen peroxide and cotton balls to clean it up and put on some Neosporin. I'm kinda worried it's skin cancer or something please help!
