Suggest Remedy For Sore Bump Near The Vagina

Hi i need to figure out what is wrong down... well there. im a female and ive never had sex before and i got some kind of bump after vagina before anus and its kinda sore i was told its probably an ingrown hair any suggestions on what i can do to fix it with out going to a doctor?
