Suggest Remedy For Sore, Cracking And Tight Skin After Treatment For Pityriasis Rosea

i have pityriasis rosea for about 8 weeks now. the rash has stopped spreading, but has dried out and has left me with a "leathery" feel on my skin. It's cracking and peeling, but also is tight and sore. It sort of feels like a bad sunburn.



Is this normal when the rash starts to diminish?
