Suggest Remedy For Sore Red Blotches On Eyelids,under Eye,near Cheek Bone,nose And Lips

Hi. I'm A 21 year old female and for the past few days I've had flu like symtoms runny nose & everything but also got sore red blotches on my eyelids and underneath my eye near my cheek bone my nose is also rashed & my lip.Why do I have these blotches? is it something to do with the flu? what can i do to get rid od these bloches? as they are really painful
