Suggest Remedy For Sore Throat And Fever

I have had a serve sinuses infection the past month. Have been on two rounds of antibiotics. My sinus have seemed to clear. But i now have a sore throat glands sollowen and pressure in my ears and back of neck. Low grade fever 99.5 off and on. Been doing the Tylenol at home but it doesn't even seem to touch it. What else can i do going back to the doctor seems pointless.
