Suggest Remedy For Sore Throat, Pain In The Neck And Ears

I have had a sore throat, fever and cough for about 5 days. Went to ER 2 days ago and was diagnosed with acute bronchitis and prescribed antibiotics and inhaler. Now sore throat has gotten worse . Hurts to swallow and pain intensifies when I move my neck to the right Or tilt my head back. Also have pain in both ears. Neck seems to be swollen on left side. Very painful, please Help!
