Suggest Remedy For Sore Throat With Headache And Blocked Nose

Hi !For about a week i was feeling nauseous and queasy. On saturday i think i officially had the cold . I had sore throat and head, very badly blocked nose and was sneezing alot. today i thought i felt better but i have began to feel even worse. ive told my mom that i felt better and she thinks im back to normal i dont want her to think im lying but i feel really bad again !!
