Suggest Remedy For Sore Throat With Swollen Tonsils

i have had this sore throat for about 2 weeks now. just looked in the mirror with a flash light to see whats going on, and my tonsils are swollen but my right one looks like chunks of is missing and white and yellow tissue looking things are growing on it. can you please tell me whats going on im scared.
