Suggest Remedy For Soreness And Painful Rashes On Neck

It started two days ago. there is a rash with whiteheads on my neck after i woke up from a nap and it's kind of sore pain. At first i thought bursting all the whiteheads could help but it didn't. It seems like moving to a worse condition. Now, it's more red and more whiteheads. what should i do?
