Suggest Remedy For Soreness At C Section Site

I had a c section 5 years ago. I am severely obese and have a large roll that drapes of my c section. Shortly after my c section (staples still in) I had a horrible discomfort in one area. Ever since staples were takin out I ve contined to have soreness and redness in the same area. For the last few months on and off again a boil appears in this spot. It is VERY painful. So I can not try to get the head out. It is also very hard to keep it dry since I am a large girl. I clean it multiple times with home remedies such as warm and cold compresses and also use bacitracin cream. I am currently waiting for my appointment with my Dr in a few days however I m afraid it might be MRSA. Do u have any suggestions?
