I had some unprotected vaginal sex two nights ago night and today the tip of my penis, around the hole, appears to be bruised. It is kind of purplish. The only thing that I can think of is that I may have actually bruised it during foreplay. Is two days long enough for symptoms of infection to occur? How concerned should I be.
