Suggest Remedy For Soreness In Foreskin Of Penis

hi. i m male 40,mariied and in good health. since two months the forskin of my penis is increased and its not pulling back. when i try to pull it behind it gets some scars..pls tell me what to do? does it effect on the pregnancy as we r trying for a child these days. thanks
