Suggest Remedy For Soreness In Penis

Hello
I have a torn frenulum. It happened roughly six weeks ago now during sex. Whenever we now try to have sex my penis instantly hurts. There seems to be a tiny bit of skin (about 1mm high) which sticks up slightly - it is this which hurts. Do you have any advice?
