Suggest Remedy For Soreness & Itching On The Penis

i have been having penis trouble for a while now it started off red and sore and itchy and couldnt pull foreskin back i went to docs and he gave me amoxicillin and i took it the itchyness went but now i am still very sore ,red and cannot move foreskin back i went to the docs again he told me to use canesten cream i have been using it for a week now and still nothing has changed please help me
