Suggest Remedy For Sores And Popped Boils On Thighs

I have sores on the back of my thighs near my buttocks but just below it started off as a little boil but it popped and now has started getting bigger as a open boil like and now there spreading please help! If this helps I play Hockey and Lacrosse and sweat alot.
