Suggest Remedy For Sores In Thighs And Genital Are

I'm 22 , I have some sores around my thighs and genital areas that leave scars. During the sore period there is severe itching and dryness. I have visited a few prostitutes in my lifetime, I took the HIV test and the result was negative. I'm not sure if this is an STD or due to sweatness around the area ? Can anyone guide me to a good doctor? I saw and the symptoms/sores sometimes resemble like herpes. Please help ? Thanks !
