Suggest Remedy For Spells Of Fatigue, Excessive Sweating And Light Headedness

Sometimes without warning, I feel weak & sick inside, sweaty and light headed. I don t understand why. I have never been diagnosed with diabetes or hypertension. I d like to know what could be causing these symptoms. It happens about once each month. It s usually when I m in the grocery store, but lately, it s happened as soon as I get out of bed in the morning!
