Suggest Remedy For Spot Like Marks On Face

spotlike marks...on my cheeks i have like dark marks that look like spots and they really do look like spots but when i touch my face i cant feel anything i do have one or two big ones which are annoying... how the hell can i get clear skin and get rid of it, i feel so ugly because of them...
