Suggest Remedy For Spots On Head

Hi ,I have lots spots in my head ,I have taken for 3 weeks ,Fluconazol one each week, but still the spots,I m drinking lots of water,im avoid sugar,its candid as I think because i read.i have this problem 15 years but one year ago I remember I was taking Fluconazol and Cotrimazole and I was applying amoxicillin and dicloxacilina mixed with e45 on my head and deesapeared now I got Back again,for this reason it s the 3 week I have taken Fluconazol Again, I was eating too much chocolates (sugar) food for candidas. Please what do you Recomend me. Thanks.
